For clinics · Become a partner

Build a thoughtful international patient journey with NordAurora.

We welcome conversations with clinics in hair restoration, dental care and plastic surgery about a potential coordination partnership.

Discuss a partnership

Our partnership approach centres on clear responsibilities, professional communication and a carefully coordinated patient journey.

A Norwegian coordination business

NordAurora Medical is operated by Zoltan Ladjanszki ENK, Org. no. 931 509 535, Måseskjærveien 20, 5035 Bergen, Norway. Our role is non-clinical information, communication and practical coordination. We do not diagnose, prescribe or perform treatment.

Our current areas of interest include Türkiye, Thailand and China. Any destination, provider or service availability must be confirmed before a patient makes arrangements.

What we propose to coordinate

Before treatment

General enquiries, patient priorities, appointment communication and clear information about the clinic’s assessment process.

Practical arrangements

Agreed scheduling and travel or accommodation guidance, with each party’s responsibilities documented in advance.

Follow-up communication

An agreed contact route for patients returning home. Clinical aftercare and complication management remain with the treating provider.

These are proposed areas for discussion, subject to a written agreement. We do not promise referrals, bookings, exclusivity or revenue.

What we would discuss with your clinic

  • Legal identity, current operating licence and treating professionals’ qualifications, with supporting documentation.
  • Clinical assessment, informed consent, alternatives, risks and transparent written treatment quotations.
  • International patient contacts, language support and realistic appointment availability.
  • Aftercare instructions, emergency contacts and responsibility for complications and follow-up.
  • Secure communication, patient permission and safeguards before any personal information is transferred.

These are proposed review topics, not a certification or an endorsement of any clinic.

A clear partnership process

  1. Introduce your clinic, location, website, specialties and partnership contact.
  2. Discuss service scope and review relevant clinic documentation.
  3. Agree responsibilities, communication, fees, data handling and patient disclosures in writing.
  4. Confirm readiness before starting any patient coordination.

Commercial terms are open for discussion. Any coordination fees or referral arrangements must be agreed and disclosed to patients before they commit.
